The fixed price per call for CLOSER1 complicates things a bit, but you can still get a rough idea how the options compare with each other. The calculations assume all the calls are under an hour, so only the cheaper rates for the CLOSER plans are used. Also, the minimum charges are not included in the calculations.

Calls to mobile and international numbers are excluded.
Calls to your ISP are billed separately on the CLOSER plans. Go here for more details on the CLOSER plans.
